~~Lennon/McCarthy - Baby You're A Rich Man
I noticed when I maneuvered into a tight spot today to
adjust a threaded knob, I wouldn't have had to use
fingers from both hands to turn the knob when I was 40
but I would have ended up in the same posture. That
made me think about continuing to work on range of
motion. There's a piece of workout equipment that looks
like the unit in Time After Time minus the cool dome that
sell for $16 grand that does range-of-motion. I should
probably do better mental exercising than doing this
stuff, but it's too much fun.
