Aftermath (comes phys. ed.) of dealing with the crises in education is the inevitable conclusion that primary (1-7) needs to emphasize fundamentals and secondary needs to take into account the hormonal factor and make classrooms focus on real life applications and be the equivalent of today's college. I got locked on liberal arts as a package and wondered why there never was a conservative arts - probably because conservative means inward and learning requires the boundless perimeters of freedom of thought. The environment where all this took place was the impression of the Great Barrier Reef minus the coral and wildlife , A.K.A the tiled pool out back.
